MISSION STATEMENT

At Medlin Development, Inc., our Mission is to provide
Quality Landscape and Installation Services, Post
Installation Maintenance, and Continuous Customer
Service to our customers with whom we contract. Our
expertise is in New Construction: Commercial,
Industrial, Public Works, Park Sites & Recreation Areas,
Shopping Centers and
Industrial Buildings, Model Homes,
Production Units, and LMD’S. We also have
extensive
experience with Xeriscape & Low voltage lighting.
 Our
customer service department is extremely competent and
knowledgeable. OUR JOB DOES NOT END WITH INSTALLATION!
We will go over the installation and care of your new
landscape and irrigation when your job is complete and
we are happy to answer your questions and address your
concerns long after we leave and in a timely matter. We
have built our reputation on Quality Workmanship and
Superior Customer Service. We are very proud of our
